Deep knowledge of data management concepts, modernization strategies, and relevant technologies. Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging with senior executives and technical teams effectively. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
