Role Overview

  • Lead project initiation, ensuring proper authorization and scoping to kickstart the project.
  • Engage with project sponsors and steering committees to secure alignment and support.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that navigate delivery constraints while maximizing benefits and mitigating risks, considering essential milestones, dependencies, requirements, resources, budget, and quality.
  • Manage the baseline scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget as outlined in the Business Transformation Frameworks, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Continuously monitor project execution, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, and implementing strategies to minimize their impact on project benefits.
  • Take ownership of critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and implementing plans to mitigate identified risks, escalating to the Senior Programme Manager as necessary with actionable solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of changes to guarantee that business benefits are fully realized and that the transition from current to target state is seamless.
  • Ensure organizational readiness and capability to thrive in the new business environment.
  • Collaborate and foster positive relationships across teams to drive project success.
