What You Bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field with at least 7 years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, and MS Teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong capabilities in business analysis and documentation. Deep understanding of administrative business processes in large organizations. Ability to make rapid and effective decisions in response to issues. Adaptability to rapidly evolving technologies in collaborative platforms and no-code software management. Competence in delivering business and technical presentations. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Capability to produce clear and structured business requirement documents and other relevant papers. Fluency in English at a minimum C1 level.
