Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Retail to ensure seamless execution. Monitor project progress against defined KPIs and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through structured project management practices. Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions with senior leadership. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status, outcomes, and impact. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, changes, approvals, and post-implementation learnings. Support execution of key business initiatives including system implementations, process changes, and new product launches. Conduct post-project reviews to capture insights and enhance future project execution. What Makes You a Great Fit:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in project management, ideally within retail, consumer, or similar fast-paced industries. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution. Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking software.
