Join us at our Project Management Office (PMO) in Berlin, where you will support project leaders in schedule management throughout the lifecycle of major infrastructure projects. Excited? - Define criteria for internal schedules and schedules of suppliers
- Create and maintain overall project schedules
- Review subcontractors' and suppliers' scheduling and integrate it into the master project schedule of the megaproject
- Prepare and conduct regular scheduling workshops
- Identify and assess schedule risks and their mitigations as part of a collaborative risk management approach
- Coordinate, prepare, conduct, and summarize monthly status assessments with project and sub-project leaders
- Additional tasks to support project leadership and the Project Management Office
