Qualifications
Essential Qualifications A degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline. Membership in a relevant professional engineering institution. Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or a proven pathway toward chartership (desirable based on project requirements). Essential Experience Extensive experience in an engineering design environment where systems thinking and integration are critical. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering coordination activities. Experience in defining, capturing, and managing project-level requirements, including functional and derived requirements. Experience in facilitating structured requirements and value management workshops. Ability to ensure traceability between requirements, design outputs, and verification strategies. Experience in supporting technical optioneering and structured decision-making processes.
