Role Overview: Property Maintenance Supervisor (Atlanta, GA)
The Property Maintenance Supervisor manages all maintenance operations for an assigned property. This role covers hands-on technical work, such as HVAC and drywall repairs, inventory management, and regular communication with residents and guests. The goal: keep the property safe, efficient, and clean, so everyone on-site enjoys a smooth experience.
This is a full-time role. The schedule includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.
