RequirementsYour Experience and Competencies:Practical experience in assembling UAVs or other unmanned systems (minimum of 2 years);Understanding of UAV design and operation principles of core systems (power supply, control, communication, navigation);Ability to work with technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions;Skills in assembly, soldering, and testing of electronic components;Basic knowledge of configuring flight controllers (Ardupilot, PX4, or similar) will be a significant advantage;Attention to detail, neatness in work, and ability to work independently as well as in a team;Responsibility for results and adherence to deadlines;Fluency in conversational Ukrainian and technical English.

As a Prototyping Technician, you will be responsible for assembling prototypes and test samples.

This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

Your Daily Mission:

  • Conduct manual assembly of UAV prototypes according to technical documentation and instructions from the prototyping engineer;

  • Install, connect, and test electronic components (autopilots, communication modules, power supplies, navigation systems, sensors, etc.);

  • Participate in testing assembled prototypes, document results, and assist in conducting analysis;

  • Perform minor repairs, replacements, or adjustments of components during testing;

  • Propose improvements in design or assembly methods where optimization opportunities exist;

  • Assist in preparing products for transfer to subsequent testing phases or mass production.
