Mission: HELPLINE is in search of a PROXIMITY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Organizing interventions:
- Performing maintenance tasks:
- Review diagnostics and tests performed by the Help Desk and complete the diagnosis as needed using established operational procedures and available tools (logic trees, scenarios, etc.) while applying your technical knowledge.
- Carry out necessary part replacements or configurations as per defined procedures.
- Refer issues to appropriate contacts.
- Preparing and installing workstations or software:
- Transport equipment to integration sites and user offices.
- Conduct installation operations strictly adhering to guidelines.
- Complete documentation to ensure traceability of preparations.
- Providing tailored responses to user requests:
- Assess the user's computer skills and autonomy level, adapting your approach accordingly.
- Advise, assist, and inform users based on their inquiries and within the scope of your responsibilities.
- Obtain user validation for the intervention or installation outcome.
- Document your interventions in the request and incident management tool.
- Monitoring case progress:
- Keep users informed about the status of their cases.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and appointments.
- Managing equipment, spare parts, and stock:
- Update lists of parts and equipment removed from inventory.
- Participate in asset management.
- Record entries and movements of assets.
Work hours: Daytime from 8 AM to 7 PM.
