Role Overview
We invite you to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization as a Public Relations Account Associate. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research, identify client needs, and create compelling PR materials for a portfolio of 4-5 Bospar clients. Collaborating closely with team members, you will enhance client visibility through effective daily operations and crucial support functions. You will be part of a committed team dedicated to driving our award-winning firm's continued success. We are looking for a proactive individual with robust PR expertise and a history of achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with client service administration, including scheduling and logistics management for meetings.
Research and analyze client media coverage to provide insightful reports.
Compose, edit, and proofread various materials, including press releases, pitch letters, fact sheets, and client correspondence.
Demonstrate familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
Support the development of media lists.
Engage in media outreach to secure impactful stories for clients across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
Contribute to new business initiatives, including research and proposal writing.
Role Scope
This position entails providing account support for a diverse array of clients, some of whom may be based internationally.
Key Relationships
Internal: Collaborate with the account team and various departmental colleagues, including international partners when necessary.
External: Interact with client teams, journalists, media professionals, and vendors.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 months of experience in an Account Associate role or similar capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
Proficiency in social media platforms.
Familiarity with PR software, such as Cision and Meltwater.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
A strong problem-solving aptitude.
Flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Outstanding project management and time management capabilities.
