We are currently on the lookout for a Public Sector Program Manager / Customer Success Manager based in or around Fort Bragg (Fayetteville), North Carolina. This pivotal role will involve leading technical delivery, ensuring customer success, and managing relationships with our public sector clients. By blending program management, technical acumen, and customer advocacy, you will facilitate the seamless implementation of Unstructured solutions for government entities.

The ideal candidate will possess an existing relationship with USSOCOM or SOCOM components, acquired either through prior military experience or professional engagement.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing public sector customer onboarding, managing technical integrations, coordinating internal teams, and driving ongoing adoption and success. Utilizing your program management expertise and understanding of the public sector, you will ensure compliance, achieve execution excellence, and deliver measurable mission impact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Engagement Management:

Take ownership of the full program delivery lifecycle for public sector accounts, particularly within the U. S. Department of Defense and the Special Operations community, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and solutions teams to provide customized solutions.
Ensure programs are aligned with customer missions, security requirements, and compliance standards.

Customer Success & Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary liaison for public sector customers, fostering trusted partnerships that enhance adoption and create long-term value.
Work proactively with account managers to identify growth opportunities and assist customers in maximizing the benefits of the Unstructured platform.

Contract & Compliance Management:

Manage contract execution, including the review of deliverables, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
