S. operations, we are seeking a meticulous Purchasing Agent to facilitate our daily procurement activities.

Position Overview

The Purchasing Agent will play a crucial role in supporting our daily purchasing operations, ensuring that materials, equipment, and supplies are ordered accurately and delivered punctually. This position collaborates closely with our U. S.-based operations teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage purchase orders for HVAC and electrical supplies.
  • Engage with vendors to verify pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor orders and proactively follow up to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with field teams regarding the status and updates of orders.
  • Maintain precise records in ERP and purchasing systems.
  • Assist in product sourcing and vendor price comparisons.
  • Support inventory management and replenishment efforts.
  • Address and resolve order discrepancies, delays, or supplier issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company purchasing policies.
