Key Responsibilities
Become a vital part of a groundbreaking brand that aims to transform the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV market by:
- Collaborating with the Scout team to identify suitable suppliers for parts and services, including conducting pre-sourcing audits to ensure the acceptability of new suppliers.
- Developing a sourcing strategy for assigned commodities and product groups, and leading the sourcing process through to contract award.
- Serving as program manager during the pre-production phase to ensure that all supplier industrialization meets project requirements regarding timing, cost, and quality.
- Evaluating and implementing technical changes to parts and services, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Leading cross-functional evaluations of suppliers’ readiness for mass production in conjunction with Scout's Quality, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
- Preparing and executing contractual documents and nomination agreements.
