Role overview The BPO Training Specialist designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs for the BPO Services Department. The focus is on Call Center and Back Office operations, supporting onboarding and ongoing development for agents, back-office staff, team leaders, and operational employees. Training covers processes, systems, scripts, service standards, KPIs, and client-specific requirements. What you will do Collaborate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Quality Assurance, and HR to identify training needs. Develop and lead training sessions for Call Center and Back Office teams, including onboarding, refresher, and upskilling initiatives. Create materials for customer service, inbound and outbound communication, complaint resolution, case management, data entry, document processing, and client workflows. Train staff on operational procedures, scripts, CRM systems, ticketing tools, call handling standards, and back-office processes. Support training on key Call Center KPIs such as Average Handle Time, First Call Resolution, Service Level, Quality Scores, Customer Satisfaction, and Productivity. Lead soft skills training in communication, empathy, active listening, objection handling, conflict resolution, and professional written communication. Organize workshops and simulations, including role plays, call listening, case studies, and process walkthroughs.
