Your collaboration will extend to the Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams.This position is based in our Paris office, where we embrace a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office each week, and we offer relocation assistance for new hires.Key Responsibilities:Provide an exceptional pre-sales experience for prospects and customers by offering technical expertise, articulating the value proposition, and addressing inquiries related to our products, API, and large language models (LLMs).Showcase how ChatGPT and the OpenAI API can fulfill business needs and generate significant value, through demo presentations, use case scoping, architectural recommendations, and comprehensive technical advisement.Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs to address common inquiries and needs identified during the pre-sales engagement.Advocate for customers and communicate their feedback within internal teams, identifying common themes and integrating them into product development planning.Act as the primary resource for security and compliance inquiries, providing standardized materials, guiding customers to pertinent resources (e.g., trust portal), and escalating complex issues as necessary.
