Acting as trusted advisors, we empower our clients to fully leverage the capabilities of our models and products. As a Solutions Engineer, you will assist businesses across various sectors in transforming their operations through innovative solutions, including customer service automation, content generation, and cutting-edge applications utilizing our latest models.About the RoleWe are in search of a seasoned pre-sales Solutions Engineer to collaborate with our Large Enterprise and Digital Native clients, ensuring they derive tangible business value from our offerings through ChatGPT and the OpenAI API. You will engage with senior business stakeholders to understand their pre-sales requirements, shape their AI strategy, and pinpoint the most valuable use cases and applications. In this role, you will work alongside both business and technical teams to illustrate the advantages of our solutions, propose architectural frameworks, and support implementation and development processes. Your collaboration will extend to the Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Product teams.This position is based in our Paris office, where we embrace a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office each week, and we offer relocation assistance for new hires.Key Responsibilities:Provide an exceptional pre-sales experience for prospects and customers by offering technical expertise, articulating the value proposition, and addressing inquiries related to our products, API, and large language models (LLMs).Showcase how ChatGPT and the OpenAI API can fulfill business needs and generate significant value, through demo presentations, use case scoping, architectural recommendations, and comprehensive technical advisement.Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs to address common inquiries and needs identified during the pre-sales engagement.Advocate for customers and communicate their feedback within internal teams, identifying common themes and integrating them into product development planning.Act as the primary resource for security and compliance inquiries, providing standardized materials, guiding customers to pertinent resources (e.g., trust portal), and escalating complex issues as necessary.
