Scopely is seeking a dynamic QA Director to lead our Stumble Guys team, based in either our vibrant Barcelona or Dundee hubs. This is a hybrid role, allowing for 3 days of in-office collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead an ambitious Mobile and Console QA & Deployment Program that encompasses various disciplines, including Functionality QA, Dev QA, Live Ops QA, Build Distribution, and Submissions across all platforms.
- Provide leadership, technical expertise, and career development for multiple QA & Deployment Project Owners, fostering skillset growth within the team.
- Enhance existing team metrics to measure quality and operational excellence, establishing a regular process for assessment and improvement.
- Champion Automation Engineering and AI integration within QA pipelines, effectively communicating issues, risks, and successes to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong communication channels with cross-functional teams, including internal and external development, QA, and Localization partners.
- Collaborate with DPMs and Dev QA teams to devise effective plans, assignments, and schedules for quality functions.
- Continuously assess and improve the operational efficiency of QA & Deployment efforts by adopting new strategies.
- Act as the internal advocate for all QA & Deployment initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.
