THE TEAM – CORPORATE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Collaborate with fast-growing companies and renowned enterprises—both privately held and publicly traded—on a wide range of transformative corporate performance management (CPM) projects utilizing OneStream XF. Work alongside leaders from across Highspring to deliver fully integrated services that support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO. Your Impact Lead the technical aspects of OneStream projects, overseeing new implementations and optimization initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Partner with the leadership of the firm’s CPM practice to set and execute strategic initiatives, expand the practice, strengthen the alliance with OneStream, enhance our center of excellence, and assist with staffing and recruiting efforts. Support business development and marketing activities, including events, conferences, discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proposal submissions. Ensure compliance with Highspring's delivery methodology, standards, tools, and templates, while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and solution development. Educate both internal and external stakeholders on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, career development activities, and technical training. Collaborate with other Highspring services (e.g., target operating model, finance transformation, technical accounting, M&A, etc.) to serve as a business partner and advisor to our clients.
