We are seeking Quality Assurance Engineers to bolster our rapid expansion. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an integral member of a fast-paced team dedicated to resolving quality assurance challenges associated with customized parts. You will work closely with the Senior Director to develop and implement a robust quality system that aligns with corporate policies, objectives, and AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities in Process and Quality Assurance:

  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance Supplier Quality Culture, setting our Global Partner Network up for success.
  • Employ relevant quality tools (Lean and Six Sigma) to address issues related to non-conformances and Customer RMAs.
  • Oversee supplier-related NCR/SCAR/CAR activities, ensuring the timely management of associated records and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, practices, and procedures to support and maintain AS9100 compliance.
