- Over 10 years of experience in QA processes
- Deep understanding of Retail Banking, Insurance, and Mortgage Banking domains
- Skilled in preparing project plans, strategies, statements of work, effort and cost estimations, quality plans, and other critical management documentation
- Proficient in coordinating production rollouts and implementations for various enterprise releases
- Capable of conducting application design walkthroughs with stakeholders
- Expert in creating risk mitigation plans
- Experienced in coordinating test data and setting up test environments
- Adept at supervising execution processes and generating comprehensive reports and metrics
- Strong project management skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to establish and organize onsite/offshore teams
- Proficient in monitoring and tracking tasks of team members and stakeholders
- Experienced in developing checklists and guidelines for test design, scripting, and execution
- Able to conduct audits on identified vendors
