RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality control, software testing, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a relevant discipline. Strong grasp of quality assurance methodologies, testing strategies, and industry best practices. Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting software issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency. AI-first mindset, leveraging AI technologies to enhance testing precision and operational efficiency. Familiarity with database management, especially with MongoDB, and experience in data integrity checks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defects and implement corrective measures. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to ensure smooth coordination between development, product, and QA teams. Ability to adapt and maintain a continuous learning approach, quickly mastering new tools, technologies, and testing environments.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, applying new practices to bolster quality control processes.
