Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and internal protocols.
- Conduct detailed functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and guarantee product quality and reliability.
- Evaluate performance metrics and report findings to discern trends, assess quality, and suggest continuous improvements.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Engage closely with development and product teams to establish quality goals and apply best practices.
- Streamline and optimize workflows to ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, applying new practices to bolster quality control processes.
