▶ About Us
SRO is a dedicated organization with a societal mission. We assist municipalities in achieving their goals concerning real estate, sports, and leisure activities. Our core areas include management and maintenance of municipal real estate, operation of sports facilities, and promoting sports for all ages. With years of experience and collaborative relationships with municipalities, we have an unparalleled understanding of the market and its dynamics. However, it is the users who are the heart of every facility: the societal function of real estate depends on its usage. A thriving sports club, an actively visited cultural venue, or a busy swimming pool ensures that as many residents as possible benefit from municipal real estate. "The clients of our clients are our true clients."
This mission and atmosphere are also reflected in our team at SRO: a close-knit organization focused on social importance, with a strong customer-oriented vision and themes such as sustainability, innovation, and improving living conditions. We are a socially responsible employer that genuinely cares about people and society. It all starts at SRO, when will you join us?
What You Will Do:
Analyze and map (new) processes, policies, and issues to gain insight into their effectiveness and efficiency.
Advise on necessary changes from the perspective of strategy, objectives, and stakeholder needs.
Advise and support management in implementing quality improvements.
