Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute formal test strategies to guarantee the quality of software applications.
  • Engage in test planning, writing detailed test cases/scripts, and automating test processes.
  • Define and monitor quality assurance metrics including defects, defect counts, and overall test results.
  • Analyze data to evaluate software processes and recommend improvements to enhance business operations.
  • Document issues thoroughly and assist in their resolution.
  • Provide quality process training to technical teams and serve as an internal quality consultant.
  • Conduct quality audits across IT functions to ensure compliance with established standards and methodologies.
