Qualifications
Required Skills: Proficiency in 3D design software like Maya, 3DS MAX, ZBrush, Marmoset, and Motion Builder. Strong familiarity with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine. Expertise in creating and managing QC checklists. Solid understanding of production processes including texturing and rigging. Knowledge of animation testing protocols. Excellent communication skills and self-motivation. Adept at working independently and collaboratively within a team. Exceptional eye for detail, light, shade, and color in evaluating texture maps for characters, environments, and vehicles. Basic understanding of anatomy, proportions, and perspective. Strong attention to detail. Experience in 3D modeling and UV unwrapping. Ability to carry a project vision to completion while meeting deadlines. Proficient in Photoshop and Substance Painter; knowledge of Blender is a plus.
