We are currently seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Auditor to become an integral part of our dynamic team in Santa Ana, CA. This role is crucial for ensuring that quality standards are upheld in a fast-paced mail production environment. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision.
Full-time Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm.
Overtime may be required during peak production times, which could include earlier start times, later shifts, or weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial job checks and approve sign-offs using an internal checklist.
- Perform random quality control checks on work in progress throughout the shift.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to missing mail pieces, postage errors, and inaccurate counts.
- Document and log postage errors accurately for reconciliation.
- Ensure that work order packages are complete with required documentation before reconciliation.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes and procedures.
- Support Client Services and Accounting with inquiries related to specific work orders.
- Address daily mail piece fixes by replacing damaged statements as necessary.
- Report all quality issues to the QA Supervisor promptly.
- Assist the Mail Services team with production tasks as needed.
