This position demands hands-on involvement, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Tool Use & Skill DevelopmentMaster and apply effective assembly tools and techniques.Accurately read and interpret technical drawings.Utilize hand and automatic crimping tools.Install boots, markers, Expando, sleeving, and wrap-around markers.Measure wire lengths with calipers, scales, and tape measures.Operate heat guns correctly for shrink applications.Perform soldering with both traditional and resistive soldering tools.Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills, accuracy, and efficiency.Assembly WorkConstruct wire harnesses and mechanical assemblies as per specifications.Crimp, strip, and handle various wires and components using hand tools.Adhere to all drawing requirements and work instructions.Maintain compliance with workmanship standards (IPC-620, J-STD-001, TE.04-03—training provided if necessary).Thoroughly document work in production travelers.QualificationsRequired:Experience in soldering.High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring devices.A strong willingness to learn specialized techniques through training.Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to quality.Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.Preferred:
