Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished wire harness assemblies.
Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to ensure product conformity.
Maintain and review quality documentation such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective/preventive measures.
Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
Manage and track limited shelf-life materials to guarantee proper usage and compliance.
Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards, particularly with knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Qualifications:
Required knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
Familiarity with J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus.
IPC certification is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing.
Strong communication and time management abilities.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
