Engage in the entire cycle of internal audits, including workstation, process, and supplier audits. Contribute to tracking non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive measures. Operational QualityOversee quality checks for incoming and outgoing products, including feedback from suppliers and customers. Assist in analyzing product returns and coordinating corrective actions with technical teams. Utilize quality tools like Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams to identify and classify potential quality issue causes. Support initiatives focused on risk reduction across production and R&D teams. Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence to document and manage quality-related topics. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and foster a robust quality culture.
