- Act as the primary quality assurance representative for Sensors, Automotive ICs, and Consumer Electronics products. Address quality-related issues across the value stream, managing both internal and external challenges, including quality issues from incoming products and customer claims.
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards on the production line.
- Manage non-conformance products that escape to customers (both internal and external), coordinating with QMM-C.
- Oversee the blocking and unblocking of non-conformance products within the plant, in collaboration with the Product Engineer.
- Facilitate customer return material approval processes, liaising with QMM-C.
- Coordinate the return materials process to suppliers, working closely with QMM-X.
- Organize and coordinate failure analysis in internal or external laboratories.
- Review and establish test guardband and screening criteria, working alongside the Product Engineer.
- Supervise incoming quality control processes.
- Plan, execute, and release Ongoing Reliability Tests for Consumer Electronics products.
- Serve as the QMM representative in the Simultaneous Engineering Team (SE Team), providing input and solutions as needed.
- Initiate and lead 8D processes for issues related to incoming products, the production line, and customer concerns.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring follow-up, closure, and verification of audit effectiveness according to customer requirements, IATF 16949, and VDA6.3 criteria.
- Function as a VDA6.3 Process Auditor, conducting internal process audits as scheduled.
- Support departmental 6S initiatives.
- Assist with change management verification through the 4M checklist.
- Contribute to lessons learned activities, sharing insights with the lesson learned plant coordinator.
- Engage in plant 14Q initiatives.
- Support MSA studies, including the review of MSA reports generated by the MST team.
- Attend Daily Leadership Meetings to address any quality issues concerning the Sensors, Automotive ICs, and Consumer Electronics lines.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and foster a quality mindset within the organization.
