We are seeking a dedicated Quality Incharge to oversee our quality management processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to quality assurance and will be responsible for managing departmental operations.
- Independently manage the quality department while ensuring adherence to Quality Management Plan (QMP) guidelines.
- Provide logical insights to facilitate informed decision-making regarding quality issues.
- Address and resolve plant-level quality concerns.
- Possess certification as an Internal Lead Auditor.
- Effectively manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct assessments and monitor customer satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop new products, engineering designs, and manufacturing methods.
- Review technical drawings and engineering changes.
- Facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Engage in vendor management to resolve issues with suppliers.
- Maintain comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
- Actively organize team meetings and presentations.
- Initiate programs aimed at reducing rejections and achieving quality objectives and policies.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of QA, QC, Inspection, and Audits.
- Exhibit analytical skills in process control.
- Possess substantial customer interaction experience and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Have extensive knowledge in Product Development.
