Key Responsibilities:Execute dispense hygiene procedures according to a scheduled journey plan. Address and resolve customer emergency call-outs promptly. Manage and control equipment stock accurately within your designated area. Maintain precise records of client assets in trade. Conduct stock and equipment reporting at various outlets. Monitor and report on product quality metrics. Perform product age reporting and manage tagging returns. Establish and nurture robust customer relationships. Assist with outlet refurbishments and system upgrades as needed. Facilitate equipment re-sites when necessary. Install and remove dispense equipment, including both permanent and temporary systems. Deliver and position POS materials and assist with basic merchandising when required. Ensure all activities are completed to company standards and within agreed SLAs. Represent CPM and the client professionally, efficiently, and effectively at all times. Comply fully with industry health and safety standards. Proactively generate innovative ideas and improved working methodologies. Consistently strive to achieve the highest performance standards. Undertake additional duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager. Experience & Skills Required:Possession of a full, clean driving licence (essential). At least 1 year of experience in a field-based technical, quality, or service role. Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities. Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer and client relationships. A professional approach to customer and client management. Knowledge of dispense systems and equipment (desirable). Experience in technical fault finding (desirable). Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet KPIs. Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong commercial awareness. Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Prior electrical or plumbing experience (desirable).
