YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a highly quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a genuine interest in applying mathematical and statistical techniques to real-world challenges. Proficiency in programming, preferably in Python, or familiarity with other relevant languages such as C++, Java, Matlab, or R. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Analyze extensive financial and market datasets to uncover patterns and develop quantitative models that enhance our trading decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, researchers, and engineers in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating setting.
  • Present your research outcomes through detailed reports and presentations, gaining exposure to both technical and non-technical audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

  • In-depth knowledge of trading, market structure, and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Practical experience with data science techniques and programming in Python.
  • Real-time problem-solving skills in a high-frequency trading environment.
