Essential Qualifications:Proven experience in developing and modifying quantum algorithms. Experience in aligning classical problems with established quantum algorithms. Solid understanding of benchmarking methodologies. Competency in simulation and modeling to support experimental design. Required:PhD or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience (including education) in quantum algorithm development and research. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with published research outcomes. Excellent organizational skills and experience in negotiations with clients and partners. Preferred:Knowledge of quantum error correction techniques. Familiarity with tools such as Qiskit and Stim. Proficiency in Python programming language.
