We are currently on the lookout for an R&D Engineer to be part of our dynamic R&D team in Somerset, NJ. This role involves designing, fabricating, testing, and prototyping cutting-edge technologies for medical, industrial, aerospace, and telecommunications applications. The successful candidate will focus on advancing our high-power fiber laser portfolio, showcasing the ability to independently identify and resolve technical challenges as well as collaborate effectively within a team to develop new products and manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include conducting experiments, analyzing data, improving and designing advanced equipment and prototypes, and collaborating with manufacturing teams.
This position offers the opportunity to evolve into an independent research and development program, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in optical technology.
