Key Responsibilities:Design and define radar system architecture (FMCW, Pulse-Doppler, or MIMO). Develop range-Doppler processing pipelines. Implement CFAR algorithms, clutter suppression techniques, and tracking filters. Extract and analyze micro-Doppler signatures for UAV classification. Optimize detection performance for low-RCS targets (Support RF front-end and antenna design decisions. Deploy radar prototypes and conduct live detection trials. Contribute to system validation, performance analysis, and iterative improvements. Requirements:Strong foundation in radar theory and signal processing. Experience with FMCW or pulse radar systems. Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for modeling and algorithm development. Solid understanding of Doppler processing, RCS, SNR, and clutter modeling. Ability to collaborate across RF, embedded, and FPGA teams in a multidisciplinary environment. A hands-on mentality with the ability to transition from simulation to real-world validation.

Our current focus is on developing a compact, high-performance radar system capable of detecting and tracking small UAVs in intricate environments, such as low-altitude, cluttered, and urban settings.

As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will take charge of radar architecture, signal processing design, and real-world validation—from theoretical modeling to field deployment. Your work will span RF, embedded systems, and FPGA domains to create robust detection and tracking capabilities for low-RCS targets under demanding operational conditions.

This role provides the unique opportunity to design radar systems at the architectural level and swiftly transition from simulation to live field testing.
