Work alongside product managers, software engineers, and security professionals to build features that align with business goals and compliance standards. Create and maintain Access Intelligence features that streamline actionable insights from customer environments. Oversee the identity lifecycle management features, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control policies. Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and auditing capabilities to ensure visibility and compliance with regulatory demands. Continuously enhance the performance, security, and scalability of the IAM platform through code reviews, testing, and refactoring. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management, leveraging them to foster innovation and improve our platform. Your Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in backend software development, focusing on identity and access management, security, or related fields. Strong command of programming languages such as Golang and Java. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols, standards, and best practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with their IAM services and features. Additional Skills: Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is advantageous. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
