About the job

We are seeking a final year intern to support the growth of our Real Estate Services team at 8advisory.

As an intern, you will engage in specialized financial advisory projects in the real estate sector on behalf of investment funds, real estate companies, and corporate accounts. Your responsibilities will include Transaction Services, investment dossier modeling and structuring, business plan development, and asset valuation.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in strategic and operational advisory missions, including performance improvement plans, cost-saving strategies, development strategies, and asset evaluation for repurposing.

You will be actively involved in all project phases and will participate in client meetings alongside other advisors (lawyers, bankers, etc.). Team members, from seniors to partners, will provide daily training to help you acquire the technical knowledge necessary to become autonomous in your work.

Collaborating closely with the Workplace Managers and Specialists, you will undertake recurring tasks to maintain the entrance area and take on additional responsibilities.As part of visitor management, you will oversee the processing and booking of travel requests, as well as respond to, distribute, and manage incoming messages, mail, and calls from external sources. You will also handle postal services and basic office supplies.Being the first point of contact for external personnel, your role will involve participating in various processes across different departments, acting as an ambassador for our company while providing first-level support to numerous employees.Your Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for employees and external visitors.Address baseline requests while delivering general services.Oversee visitor reception and coordination.Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.Assist with project work, executing tasks under the guidance of the Workplace Manager.
