About the role
Flatiron Health is building new infrastructure for cancer care, combining technology and science to improve patient outcomes. The Durham office is looking for a Real World Evidence (RWE) Project Manager to help life science partners advance oncology research, design clinical trials, and move through regulatory processes. This role manages analytic projects from start to finish, working closely with both clients and Flatiron’s cross-functional teams.
Role Overview
The RWE Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for biopharma clients, guiding projects that deliver analytic services and RWE solutions across the drug development lifecycle. This position leads internal teams and coordinates with clients to ensure each project meets its goals and delivers value. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects at once in a growing business.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of 5-10 client analytic projects at the same time.
- Run project kick-off and regular status meetings, both internally and with clients. Track action items and ensure follow-through.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines for all stakeholders.
- Strengthen client relationships through clear communication and support.
- Identify changes in project scope or plans and recommend solutions.
- Build strong connections with stakeholders such as research scientists, statistical programmers, and regulatory affairs professionals.
- Lead meetings with life science customers, providing regular updates on progress and decisions.
