Role Overview: Recruiting Coordinator Intern
The People team at Zipline is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Intern for a 6-month contract to support growing recruiting efforts in Africa. This role suits someone starting out in their career who is interested in Talent, Recruiting, or People Operations, and wants hands-on experience in a mission-driven organization.
This is a hybrid position based in Rwanda or Nigeria.
What You Will Do
- Support a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with Recruitment Partners, Hiring Managers, and other teams to keep recruiting organized and efficient
- Help ensure hiring processes remain candidate-focused and well-coordinated
