About the Role

As the Regional Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial industrial real estate assets within the Northeast region, focusing on enhancing both financial and operational performance for each property. This role demands a strong analytical acumen, utilizing critical financial metrics, advanced modeling techniques, and insightful business intelligence to optimize property value and maximize returns for investors. You will report directly to the SVP of Asset Management and work closely with internal teams in acquisitions, finance, property management, leasing, and construction, as well as engaging with external partners including brokers, tenants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement asset-level business strategies, including leasing plans and capital projects, aligned with desired financial outcomes.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting to assess portfolio performance.
Oversee capital expenditure planning and execution, including tenant enhancements and building improvements.
Conduct property site visits and regular performance evaluations in collaboration with property managers and local teams.
Utilize advanced financial modeling and benchmarking to assess property performance (NOI, ROI, IRR, occupancy rates, expense ratios, cash flow, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead the execution of value-added initiatives, refinancing efforts, and property sales with thorough financial justification and effective risk management strategies.
Work in partnership with leasing and property management teams to maximize occupancy rates, rental income, and operational efficiency.
