Role overview
The Regional Client Services Manager holds a senior leadership role focused on setting the strategic and operational direction for the Client Services division in a specific region. The position centers on managing people, improving processes, and ensuring strong performance across the region. This is not a hands-on administrative role.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise 4 Client Service Managers and oversee a team of 40 staff members spread across several locations
- Ensure standard operating procedures are consistently followed
- Promote high-quality and compliant client service outcomes
- Manage team leaders and support their professional development
- Lead workforce planning and provide operational oversight
- Drive ongoing improvement initiatives within the region
- Report directly to the Client Operations Director
Location and travel
This position is based in Bristol. Regular travel to regional offices is required, with occasional national travel depending on business needs.
