About the Position

As the Regional Lead for Data Center Physical Security, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of physical security for OpenAI's data centers across the United States. In light of OpenAI's expansion, we seek a dynamic leader who can design, implement, and manage comprehensive security infrastructures to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. This position is essential for mitigating risks, ensuring operational continuity, and adhering to industry security standards while supporting OpenAI’s growth strategies. • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate security measures during the design phase.
  • Technical Security Systems:
    • Manage the deployment of CCTV systems, access control measures, alarms, and monitoring solutions.
    • Coordinate with IT and security teams to integrate physical security systems with the overall network infrastructure.
