We are looking for a seasoned Regional Manager to elevate our Tooling Solutions operations across the Southeast, encompassing locations in Florida, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, and Georgia. Our Tooling Solutions branches provide a comprehensive range of industrial tooling rentals, including power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and much more. Our customers experience the advantages of our tech-enabled tool tracking, site-wide communication solutions, and expert services such as tool testing, repair, and certification. Additionally, we supply consumables and industrial supplies to enhance job site efficiency and ensure seamless project connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, motivating others to reach their full potential while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Optimize branch performance and oversee operations to ensure the financial success of the branch office.
- Guarantee that branches in your region conduct monthly safety and property audits successfully.
- Support logistical management within your region's branches as required.
- Track key performance metrics, including equipment utilization, warranty recovery, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with purchase order and requisition processes as necessary.
- Aid in vendor management and onboarding processes as needed.
- Identify conflicts and areas for improvement across the district, implementing appropriate solutions.
- Set clear, measurable goals with defined expectations for your team members.
- Foster a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to regulations and enforcing established standards and procedures.
