Serve Robotics is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Operations Manager for the North Region to oversee daily operations across our northern markets. The ideal candidate will be based in the Chicago metropolitan area. In this role, you will lead a team of 5-8 exempt leaders, manage market performance, ensure operational safety, take ownership of the region's full P&L, and enhance customer satisfaction through our autonomous delivery robots. Your efforts will significantly influence fleet reliability, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
