Role overview
The Regional Partnerships Manager is responsible for strengthening connections between campuses and employer partners. Working closely with Industry Partnerships Managers, this position builds, maintains, and expands relationships with employers to help students access strong career pathways. The manager aligns industry partnership goals with campus initiatives, ensures employer programs and recruiting efforts are effective, and supports talent development activities. Acting as the primary contact for both regional and campus employer partners, as well as internal stakeholders, the manager translates strategic objectives into practical engagement activities.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the main campus-level liaison for assigned Strategic and Growth employer partners, building relationships with regional recruiters, hiring managers, and industry representatives.
- Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities with employer partners.
- Oversee local implementation of employer partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with partnership objectives.
- Facilitate the development and sustainability of employer hiring pipelines at assigned campuses through structured engagement and coordinated recruiting activities.
