Your Mission:
Bridge between Stores and Sales Management: Act as the central liaison between stores and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth flow of information and implementation of sales strategies.
Revenue Monitoring and KPI Management: Drive revenue growth and achievement of KPIs, ensuring all stores meet established sales targets and standards.
Goal Achievement with Store Managers: Collaborate closely with store managers to ensure sales and performance goals are met.
Team Leadership and Training: Lead and develop staff in stores by organizing training sessions and workshops to continually enhance team performance.
Effective Communication: Communicate confidently, clearly, and solution-oriented with employees, customers, business partners, and internal departments, fostering efficient and successful collaboration.
