Teltonika is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for its USA Sales team in Irving, Texas. This role focuses on building and leading a new sales team dedicated to networking devices such as routers, switches, gateways, and modems. The position supports the Networking Solutions Business Unit, which creates connectivity equipment for industries including Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team representing Teltonika Networks products.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Participate in recruiting and selecting new team members.
- Provide ongoing training and support to help the team meet sales objectives.
- Act as a playing coach, taking an active role in sales processes until the team is fully established.
- Maintain internal systems and ensure accurate data entry by sales specialists.
- Contribute to market research and identify areas for growth.
- Oversee order tracking and address any corrections as needed.
- Coordinate technical questions and logistics with other teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience with hardware products.
- Proven success in B2B sales.
- Experience building and motivating effective sales teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make independent decisions.
