Key responsibilities Deliver real-time technical support for Linux-based production systems during manufacturing. Diagnose hardware, software, and networking problems using diagnostic tools, including logs and network traffic analyzers such as Wireshark. Investigate and resolve recurring issues, including system failures, connectivity problems, and compatibility conflicts. Create and update troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common technical issues. Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges. Use Bash scripting and other programming tools to automate and improve troubleshooting processes.
