The role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is vital in empowering students to achieve their greatest potential through effective service delivery. In this position, you will make a significant difference for clients in our school-based and clinic-based teams by delivering personalized, compassionate care under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will become part of a dedicated family that is making a meaningful impact within our community.
We are looking for a passionate and creative RBT who thrives on collaboration to best serve clients, their families, and educational teams. You will employ critical thinking skills to provide tailored support for each client and their network, receiving direct mentorship from a BCBA. In this role, you will work closely with the BCBA to ensure engaging and effective support for all families. As an RBT at Project Play, you will be a catalyst for change in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
