The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is pivotal in empowering students to reach their fullest potential by ensuring high-quality service delivery. In this position, you will make a significant impact on clients receiving our services through our school-based and clinic-based teams by delivering personalized, compassionate support under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will be part of a dedicated team making meaningful contributions to the community.

 

We seek a passionate and creative RBT who values collaboration to effectively support clients, their parents or caregivers, and the school team. Utilizing your critical thinking skills, you will provide tailored support to each client and their support system with direct supervision from a BCBA. Your role will involve close collaboration with the BCBA to ensure engaged and effective care for all families. As an RBT at Project Play, you will be at the forefront of advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
