Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Are you driven by the desire to positively impact the lives of children with autism and developmental challenges? At Ally Pediatric Therapy, we are seeking passionate and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dynamic team.
Our organization specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech-language therapy, and feeding therapy, delivering tailored care that empowers families and nurtures children’s developmental journeys. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute individualized ABA treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), while maintaining a professional and supportive interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor client progress toward treatment objectives, prepare essential materials for therapy sessions, and communicate updates or concerns effectively with the BCBA and therapy team.
- Collaborate with fellow therapy staff to ensure high-quality treatment delivery and participate in ongoing training to remain updated on best practices in ABA.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Completion or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days of hire.
- Reliable transportation for travel to therapy sites.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Active role requiring frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.
- Ability to lift and carry clients and respond quickly to ensure their safety.
