Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Our organization specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech-language therapy, and feeding therapy, delivering tailored care that empowers families and nurtures children’s developmental journeys. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute individualized ABA treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), while maintaining a professional and supportive interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor client progress toward treatment objectives, prepare essential materials for therapy sessions, and communicate updates or concerns effectively with the BCBA and therapy team.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapy staff to ensure high-quality treatment delivery and participate in ongoing training to remain updated on best practices in ABA.

Physical Requirements:

  • Active role requiring frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.
  • Ability to lift and carry clients and respond quickly to ensure their safety.
